Minimum Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree in Atmospheric Science or related subjects with at least three years of relevant work experience. A first-level university degree in combination with six years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of air quality stations
- Able to design and conduct field campaigns addressing air pollution issues or characterizing air pollution
- Experience in building partnerships at the local and regional levels
- Experience in producing publications
- Capable of designing and conducting field campaigns

Eligibility:-
- A master’s degree in atmospheric science (e.g., atmospheric physics or chemistry, meteorology, environmental engineering) or related subjects with at least three years of relevant work experience. A first-level university degree in combination with six years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- Demonstrated experience of minimum three years using at least one mesoscale meteorological model (e.g., WRF, MM5 or RAMS), and at least one chemistry-transport model (e.g., WRF-Chem, CAMx, CMAQ), preferably in regions with complex terrain.
- Demonstrated understanding of atmospheric chemistry (gas and aerosol), atmospheric dynamics, atmospheric microphysics, and climate science.
- Experience installing, compiling, testing, and customizing atmospheric models on new computer systems and the ability to work with large observation data sets.
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and using NCL, Matlab, GrADS or other software to visualize model output as well as the ability to write or modify model code written in Fortran, C, or other languages.
