Minimum requirements:

Skills and experience
- Emerging technologies, including AI, digital innovation, automation, or other new technologies relevant to development and education contexts.
- Supporting technology-enabled programmes, digital transformation initiatives, online platforms, or innovation projects in education, youth, governance, or social sectors.
- Cybersecurity, digital safety, information security, data protection, or related digital risk management work.
- Preparing technical guidance, training materials, reports or knowledge products for non-technical audiences.
- Working on child online safety or digital harm prevention and safeguarding of sensitive or child related data.
- Working with government, development partners, schools, civil society or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, and ability to support their responsible, ethical, and practical use.
- Sound knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, digital hygiene, online safety, safe data practices, and responsible use of digital tools.
- Research, analysis, writing and presentation skills.
- Designing and facilitating trainings, orientations, or awareness sessions for diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear language.
